On
the well-watered plains the Farm grows tobacco
Virginia Brigth, a traditional cultivation in the area of the High
Tiber Valley, tabacco growing has put a mark on the history and the
local culture of the region.
A large part of the area of the Farm
is covered by typical trees of the woods of the Umbrian hills and of
the streams (oaks, hornbeams, flowering ashes, willows, poplars, etc.).
Geese, hens, rabbits, ducks, pigs, dogs, cats....
enlive the gardens; apple trees, salads, cherry trees, plum trees, cabbages,
radishes..... embellish the orchard.
